Easy Setup
Download the app here. Once installed, go to your device settings. Tap on General. Tap on Keyboard and then Keyboards. Choose 'Add New Keyboard'. Here you will see 'Gurmukhi' in the list. Tap on it. It will add the Punjabi Keyboard to your phone. You are set. Happy typing.
Where is...
Don't worry, this keyboard has every Punjabi letter. It uses a phonetic layout. For example, 'ਜ' & 'ਝ' are under 'J' and 'ਕ' & 'ਖ' are under 'K' keys. 'ਖ਼', 'ਗ਼', 'ਫ਼', 'ਙ' and 'ਞ' are under the 'numbers' layout.' Shifted 'H' and 'R' keys show "੍ਹ" and "੍ਰ" respectively and will place these letters in the foot of the main letter. To make any other letter a 'foot letter' please use "੍" in front of the given letter. It is accessible from the 'symbols' layout.'
