This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Gurmukhi (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Sangtar Heer.

Basic description of the app (features, functionality and content)

Gurmukhi App is a custom keyboard app that allows you to type Punjabi in “Gurmukhi” alphabet in any app that allows third party keyboards.

 What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

This app does not obtain or retain any information in memory. It does not collect any data for customized auto correction or spell check. Also this app does not have any feature that would relay user’s typed data to the developer or a third party.

User Provided Information

The Application does not need registration. As far as the develope is concerned, the use of this app is completly anonymous. Only data collected about app's use or the user is through your 'Apple account data' by Apple, which is governed by Apple’s own private policy.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

 Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

This application in its current state doesn’t send any information to a third party. If Gurmukhi app and its developer (Sangtar Heer) is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your information, as well as any choices you may have regarding  your information. An update of the app with a clear notice of changed terms will also be uploaded to Apple’s App Store.  

What are my opt-out rights?

This app doesn’t collect any data behalf of the developer. As described above, Apple may or may not collect use of custom Keyboards in its customers. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device.

 Children 

This app does not have any features that would make it safe or unsafe for children. General guidelines set by the manufacturer of the device and common sense should be observed when allowing a child to use an electronic device. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@sangtar.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

 Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via an update. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
